Set Up Time: Thursday, May 21st 12pm-7pm & Friday, May 22nd 12pm-4pm
Space: There are 35 - approximately 8’w x 6’h wall/panel spaces available. Initial registrations are limited to one space per registrant. One, free standing display rack within your space is accepted but cannot infringe on other photographers’ space and impeded exhibit guests.

Saw tooth hangers and small wire loops on the back of inexpensive frames are not acceptable, nor are poorly constructed frames, poorly cut mats and poor print quality. Photos must be for sale. No “not for sale” items in the show. Work must remain on exhibit for the entire show.
Sales: All photography in the exhibit must be for sale. Sales will be made through Northport Arts Association. Seventy percent of sale goes to Photographer. NAA keeps thirty percent and sales tax. Photographers will receive receipts of sale and payment within 10 days after the show
